Belt conveyors are used for horizontal or raising conveying of various bulk materials. Our belt conveyors are designed with modular construction system. We also offer customised special designed belt conveyors, e.g. reversible belt conveyors.

Screw conveyors are used to convey dusty, powdery, grainy as well as adhesive materials. To convey abrasive material wear resistant materials are used. Due to the long term experience of our technicians at screw conveyors among to standard screw conveyors we are also able to deliver special designed screw conveyors for different industrial branches.

Efficient conveyor technology for different areas RIU vibrating conveying troughs with out-of-balance drive are a highly economic transportation device for various bulk materials. Their field of application is the short distance or intermittently transport. Due to their simple but robust and reliable construction they are a low-cost and all-round solution for many transport problems. Because of their maintenance free drive they have a very high availability.

Aumund Pan Conveyor (type KZB) is a perfectly reliable and economic means of conveying hot or abrasive bulk materials.

Chain conveyors are generally used when sticky bulk materials such as chalk, gypsum, clay or raw coal need to be discharged from a bunker. For such applications AUMUND offers the type PKF armored chain conveyor.

Depending on material and the application in question, weigh feeders in the version with deep-drawn pans (type DPB-K) or in the arched plate version (type DPB-B) are available for dosed charging or dosed discharging.

The SAMSON Material Feeder operates very easily. The wide apron belt design permits a very low loading height allowing trucks to discharge directly to the entry section of the unit.

The choice of stacker depends on stockyard type and its function as buffer or blending bed store. For longitudinal storage in the open the stacker with carriage or slewing/lifting device are employed. Feeding is usually accomplished by a belt conveyor and tripper car.

SCHADE scrapers are employed whenever reclaiming and possibly also combined homogenisation of bulk materials are involved. The various designs are influenced depending on their purpose (only reclaim or reclaim and blending) and space conditions. The range of model variants encompasses side, through portal and semi-portal scrapers to bridge and multi-purpose bridge scrapers.
